Telephone Banking (RediDial) is ending soon

Our Telephone Banking service (RediDial) will reach the end of its life on 1 October, 2024. Unfortunately, our Phone Banking provider will no longer support the technology as more and more people turn to the convenience and security of Internet Banking.

We’re here to help you through this change.

Other convenient ways to bank

The preferred banking method for most of our members is now Internet Banking or the Mobile Banking App.

Internet Banking

Internet Banking makes managing your money online simple, safe and convenient at any time of the day.

Benefits of Internet Banking include:

  • Stay on top of your money and monitor your accounts and transactions
  • Manage your cards
  • Set up regular or scheduled payments
  • Pay bills with BPAY®
  • Benefit from safe banking with extensive security features

Don’t have Internet Banking? Call us on 131 728 from 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday to register.

Face-to-face banking

If you prefer banking in person you can continue to bank at any of our branches in NSW or ACT.

You can also bank at more than 3,000 Australia Post Office locations with the Bank@Post logo to make withdrawals, deposit cash, check your balance and pay your bills.

ATMs across Australia

Don’t forget that your Visa Debit Card can be used to access your money at thousands of ATMs across Australia through the atmx network.

Important Upcoming Service Changes

We are making changes to our Terms and Conditions across some of our service offerings which will be effective from the 1 October, 2024. The changes we’re making are as a result of changing ways of banking. The majority of these changes apply to the decommissioning of our RediDial (Telephone Banking) and Cheque Facility services.
