What are we looking for?
As the Marketing Campaign Manager, will be responsible for the development and implementation member communication (including 1:1 communication) to members across a number of significant bank projects. Please note this role is a short-term contract and will end on 30 June 2025.
About the role
Campaign Management:
- Brief, produce and oversee the creation of campaign assets, including digital, email campaigns, video, print, social media posts and strategic partner sponsorship and collaboration assets.
- Plan, execute, and report on marketing campaigns across multiple channels including
- Set up conversion and pixel tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, monitor campaign performance, and optimize to meet client and business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work collaboratively with a diverse network of internal stakeholders, including the retail bank sales team, compliance and product teams to brief work, deliver campaigns, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, marketing service providers.
Financial Management:
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring activities are within allocated resources and provide regular reporting on budget effectiveness.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant industry regulations and maintain the highest ethical standards.
- Understand and manage risks associated with marketing campaigns, speaking up to simplify, learn, and grow.
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on campaign management, digital and email marketing, and content. Experience in banking is a must. Experience in Marketo or other email platforms is a bonus too.
- Happy to undertake a short-term assignment until 30 June 2025
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Expert negotiation and influencing skills to support and deliver marketing activity and campaigns
- You have the ability to develop strong relationships and build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- You derive your energy and enthusiasm for delivering results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders.
